A year ago something amazing happened to me.... I received a check in the mail from my previous employer for work performed when I was no longer there. After a lot of back and forth (because I was sure it was a mistake), I got the go ahead from the agency to cash it. Elated, I sent out an email to my family and extremely close friends telling them what happened and why it is good to be good and all what not.
