Hello Everyone, I hope all is well with you all. Okay so, my boss and I were walking back from a meeting earlier yesterday when she commended me. She said I did a good job with my presentation and I speak eloquently. I thanked her while thinking to myself: I have come a long way baby... LockerRoom Chronicles
OMG, I love love love the Women’s Locker Room at my gym! There’s just something about that place that is so… Honest! It’s like a safe haven for women where you can naturally be yourself with absolutely no pretense and NO JUDGEMENT. Secrets (like that perfect hair on a coworker is a wig, the perfect skin is actually Mac, or the flat abs you admire is a girdle) are exposed but it’s okay. Weeding
In JS 1 (the 7th Grade), I loved Agricultural Science. While I had absolutely no interest in farming, I had the best teacher. “Uncle Chineked” was everything. You see, most of the teachers in my high school were miserable. They would come to class, bark out notes, curse out our parents and futures and leave. But Uncle Chineked was different. Today, 60 years ago, the Angels stood still and watched as God created (and then deposited into earth) a woman I am blessed to call my mother! Fall All You Want
The first time I saw @chinnyco 's IG page last year, I was in awe. In addition to being beautiful, intelligent and sophisticated, she is FLEXIBLE! CHINEKE THE THINGS HER BODY CAN DO! So because I am who I am, I told God "Father Lord, I know I can do this, please show me how". Like "jokingstuffs" I YouTubed "how to do headstands" (hey we all have to start somewhere).
